30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In the same condition you received it
- With original tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Returns sent without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at hello@shopbonanza.us so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Beauty or personal care products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (once approved), then place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
