Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, or customs delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Bonanza Collection is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Bonanza Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
